Horrible experience!!!! While looking at a home for sale with my niece Denise came to the door and requested that her and her clients come in to look around because it was cold outside and she was sick of sitting in the car. This made our viewing of the home uncomfortable and rushed. Denise then asked our realtor his name without knowing our realtor has a speech impediment she quickly said Spit it out come on come on spit it out and then laughed loudly…. It was clear nobody thought it was funny and at that point she should have been aware of the disability and apologized but nope she just continued to show the house and thought nothing of the situation. Any professional would have read the room and realized the situation and quickly could have made it less embarrassing for the realtor! The lack of compassion and respect I witnessed was absolutely unacceptable and left me in disbelief. I myself felt shame for not addressing her during the encounter. Worst experience I have ever had while looking for a home.

It was amazing! She recommended us to visit the house we ended up purchasing and she made the experience so easy. If we had any troubles with getting paperwork from companies she would make sure we got ahold of it in time by calling them for us at times. She was an absolute blast to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking at buying a house!
